Interesting picture, looks like shadows from trees hanging over the sidewalk.
kinda, yeah.
really though it's the arctic circle.
Just in case you thought I was being more daft that usual I did know what it was but I like how the angle of you picture makes it look like it could be a serendipitous coincidence of shadows looking like the continents.
actually when you're standing on it your first thought is that the darker spots are water...which is enormously confusing until the perspective clicks back into place.
